保険などは入っていませんんで、怪我をした場合は自己責任となります。

インドアシューズ必須です。

通常の靴、外で使用した靴は使用禁止。

体育館の床に黒い後などがついてしまう場合などあるので、必ずインドア、室内用シューズが必要です。

※室内用シューズでないと判断した場合は、参加できません、途中退出してもらいます。

飲み物は各自持参してください。

レンタルパドルが必要な場合、事前に連絡が必要です。

Indoor Shoes Required:

Outdoor shoes or sneakers used outside are strictly prohibited.

To prevent scuffing and black marks on the gymnasium floor, indoor-specific shoes are mandatory.

Note: If your footwear is deemed unsuitable for indoor use, you will not be allowed to participate and will be asked to leave.

Drinks:

Please bring your own drinks.

Paddle Rental:

If you need to rent a paddle, please let us know in advance.
