インドアシューズ必須です。

通常の靴、外で使用した靴は使用禁止。

体育館の床に黒い後などがついてしまう場合などあるので、必ずインドア、室内用シューズが必要です。

※室内用シューズでないと判断した場合は、参加できません、途中退出してもらいます。

飲み物は各自持参してください。

レンタルパドルが必要な場合、事前に連絡が必要です。
