JAPAN GLOW ON 1st Edition

Glow in the dark

Date: 19th

April Time:

4:30pm to 10pm

Courts: 4:30 to

6pm 10 courts / 6pm to 10pm 4 courts

Location: KPI

Park Totsuka Format: Doubles Open Play.

Players: 64

Cost: 4500 per person Early

bird ticket: 4000 until March 28th

Includes: Glow in

the dark Equipment for all the player

Tournament Rules:

The format will be open play.

We will arrange the matches so everyone can play the same amount of time.

All the matches will be played

with a time limit.

After 6pm the Glow in the dark

event will start.

Every round the teams will be

mixed.

The players must wear these

colors white, orange, red, fluorescent, pink, blue, or light blue.

Japan Glow On will provide glow

in the dark equipment for all the players.

Japan Glow On will provide the

balls.

Every participant will receive

a bracelet and only the players with the bracelet will be allowed to

participate in the event.

Any damage to the

organization's equipment, accessories, decorations, etc, will be charged

directly to the player(s) involved.

All the players must sign the

terms and conditions document before starting the event.

By participating in any Japan

Glow On event, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our service. If

you do not agree to any of these terms, you are prohibited from participating

in our events.

トーナメントルール:

形式はオープンプレーです。

全員が同じ時間プレーできるように試合を調整します。

すべての試合は時間制限付きで行われます。

午後6時以降、暗闇で光るイベントが始まります。

各ラウンドでチームは混合されます。

プレーヤーは、白、オレンジ、赤、蛍光、ピンク、青、または水色のいずれかの色を着用する必要があります。

Japan Glow On は、すべてのプレーヤーに暗闇で光る機器を提供します。

Japan Glow On は、ボールを提供します。

すべての参加者はブレスレットを受け取り、ブレスレットを持っているプレーヤーのみがイベントに参加できます。

組織の機器、アクセサリ、装飾などに損傷があった場合は、関係するプレーヤーに直接請求されます。

すべてのプレーヤーは、イベントを開始する前に利用規約に署名する必要があります。
